Vintage SYROCO Convex Bullseye Eagle Mirror #4007 21 Federal Style Porthole. The frame of the mirror is brown hard plastic. The eagle and the thirteen bumps around the circle are all a bronze / dull gold color. The mirror is in great shape! Mirror is almost 21 vertically from frame to frame and between 14 and 15 inches wide.
